Established by a senior team with hands-on experience and a strong track record in the Middle-East and Africa, Wiz Consulting is a structured advisory model based on experts who deliver results.
Meet the founder
Wiz Consulting founder, Ana Cezar, moved to Dubai in 2005 to support the launch of Oliver Wyman Middle East office, just after having finished her MBA at INSEAD.
Differently from most professionals coming to the Middle East at that time, Ana was committed to develop a solid long-term career in the Middle East from the beginning. From working with Oliver Wyman from 2005 to 2012, Ana continued engaging in exciting consulting projects partnering with top-tier consulting firms, such as Roland Berger, Alix Partners and Oliver Wyman, until she founded Wiz Consulting in 2015.
Ana is a senior management consultant, with 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and risk management. She has been based in Dubai since 2005 and delivered projects mostly across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Ana's main field of work has been in strategic advisory for the Communication, Media, and Technology sector, more recently focusing on Digital and Loyalty to support both Business and Government.
Having supported large startups as well as established players, and working with senior and middle management, Ana brings a global perspective by combining her experience from strategy to operations and implementation project management.
She has an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France, and has previously worked with Oliver Wyman and Bank of America.

Ana is very active and excited about outdoor activities, from the desert dunes to the sea. Her greatest passions are traveling and sailing; she has been to over 100 countries and is a licensed sailing captain and divemaster.
